Speed Hockey

Speed Hockey is a complex and fun game that everyone will enjoy, watching OR playing. To play the sport you need to know how to skate pretty well, and the rules are straight forward  but the sport is hard unless you know how to speed skate and know how to hold a hockey stick. It’s not as easy as it sounds here are the ways to play:

·     You start on the right of the ring and it starts just when the referee drops the puck and shoots the gun  and their off.

·     The players all want that puck so they can cross the finish line with the puck so they can win for their team.  

·     There is no body checking no high sticking and no tripping

·     The players all fight for the puck.

·     And you half to go through 2 laps before winning the game.

·     And the last and final rule is never be a sore loser.   

And that concludes are little lesson on how to play speed hockey.
